1. Use of Services
You agree to use SajiloKistaa only for lawful purposes. You must not:
1.1 Provide false or misleading information.
1.2 Violate any laws or third-party rights.
1.3 Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operations.
1.4 Use another user’s account without permission.
2. Eligibility
To use SajiloKistaa services, you must:
2.1 You must be a Nepali citizen aged 18 years or older.
2.2 You must have a valid citizenship, mobile number, and active bank account/e-wallet (eSewa, Khalti, etc.).
2.3 You must have a stable income source or verified employment.
2.4 You must have provided Accurate Information.
2.5 Agree to undergo verification for BNPL eligibility.
3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Agreement
By using our BNPL service:
3.1 You agree to repay the full amount in installments as per your selected plan.
3.2 You must ensure timely repayment.
3.3 Failure to pay on time may result in penalties, late fees, or suspension of future services.
3.4 You authorize us to contact you for repayment or verification purposes.
(NOTE: We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify BNPL limits at our discretion).
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
4.2 Make timely repayments as per your agreed repayment plan.
4.3 Use the BNPL service for genuine personal or household use, not resale.
5. User Account and Security
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5.2 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
5.3 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
6. Product and Merchant Responsibility
6.1 SajiloKistaa acts as a facilitator between users and partner merchants
6.2 Product quality, delivery, and warranty are the responsibility of the respective merchant
6.3 We are not responsible for product defects, delays, or disputes.
7. Installment Plan
7.1 Users can choose installment plans ranging from 3 to 6 months.
7.2 A small processing fee may apply based on the purchase value.
7.3 Full disclosure of fees will be made before confirming the purchase
8. Payment and Late Payment Policy
8.1 A grace period of 7 days will be given after the due date.
8.2 All payments must be made through supported digital wallets or bank accounts.
8.3 Late payments may incur additional fees.
8.4 Late payment penalties may range from Rs. 50 to Rs. 200 depending on the amount and delay period.
8.5 Repeated default may lead to blacklisting or suspension of your account.
8.6 We reserve the right to suspend your account in case of non-payment.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
9.1 Refunds are only processed if the merchant accepts the return.
9.2 If an item is returned or canceled, any paid installment will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.
9.3 The refund process may take 7 working days.
10. Privacy and Data Use
10.1 SajiloKistaa respects your privacy and only uses your personal data to assess eligibility, process payments, and prevent fraud.
10.2 Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulatory bodies like NRB.
11. Fraud or Misuse
11.1 Any attempt to misuse the platform or provide false documents may lead to legal action.
11.2 We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to Nepal Rastra Bank and relevant law enforcement authorities.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform without notice if:
12.1 You violate these terms.
12.2 You provide false information.
12.3 Your payment behavior indicates misuse of the service.

13. Limitation of Liability
SajiloKistaa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, except as required by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and design elements on our website are the property of SajiloKistaa and may not be used without prior written consent.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
17. Amendments
17.1 SajiloKistaa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via app/email/SMS.
Repayment Policy
18. Installment Options
18.1 Currently, users can choose buy now pay later 3 to 6 monthly installments based on the product and approval.
18.2 Minimum purchase value: Rs. 1,000
18.3 Maximum allowed in trial: Rs. 10,000
18.4 Increase credit limit after full repayment
19. Due Dates
19.1 Installment payments are due on the 10th of every month (or the date agreed during purchase).
19.2 Reminder SMS/email will be sent 7 days before the due date.
19.3 You must pay the due amount before the due date.
20. Payment Methods
20.1 eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay
20.2 Direct bank transfer to SajiloKistaa account
20.3 Cash collection in special cases (with extra fee may applied)
21. Default Handling
21.1 If the customer fails to repay even after reminders and grace period:
21.1.1 The case may be transferred to a collection agent.
21.1.2 The user’s name may be blacklisted in internal records.
21.1.3 If the business is NRB-registered, it may be reported to the Credit Information Bureau (CIB) as per policy.
22. Prepayment
22.1 Customers may repay the full amount before the due date without penalty.
23. Disputes
23.1 Any dispute must be reported within 7 days of the installment cycle or transaction.
23.2 SajiloKistaa will resolve the issue in 5–10 working days.
